Simple ingredients for a simple story. We, the team behind NuMoo-just call us "NuMooers", wanted to find a product that didn't use a bunch of chemicals to clean our goods, whether it would be vegan or sustainable leather, faux or vinyl. So what we did was create a product that used soy beans and other botanicals to help restore your goods. Instead of coating them, our product actually cleanses and conditions them.

Because we are all animal lovers here, we wanted to use our product to help spread awareness of using vegan leather or if it is not available, choosing sustainable leather instead. Sustainable leather is leather that is a byproduct of local farming and agriculture industries. It is considered sustainable because the animals are not raised for the express purpose of using their leather for goods — they are first and foremost farm animals. In sustainable leather sourcing, animals are not raised solely for the purpose of leather production. Rather, the leather is a byproduct of local farming. Sourcing leather from animals that are first a local product of the meat industry contributes to a circular economy, helping ensure no part of the animal is wasted. Plus, local farming ensures animal welfare and cruelty-free practices — unlike many other farms where animals are treated poorly and raised solely for leather manufacturers.
